A casa di amici in 2008 made a little revolution to fulfil the needs of its guests: after 4 years we have opened another structure in the same street, “ A casa di amici 2”, opposite the “old” one, so now we have more rooms and more quality for our customers.
Providing both dorms and private rooms, our structures attract an eclectic mix of young artists, backpackers, students but also businessmen and families.
Located in a XIX c. building in the heart of Palermo, few steps from the magnificent Teatro Massimo, very close to Piazza Politeama, A casa di amici e A casa di amici 2, are in the perfect location to make your stay in Palermo more enjoyable .
You will live among art pieces, sculptures, pictures and small work created by Vitale family in a friendly and homey context.
Direction
From airport
You can take “Prestia e Comandè” bus (terminal bus is outside airport on the right), make ticket on the bus 5,00 euro.
Your bus stop is “Teatro Politeama”, walk long “Corso Ruggero Settimo” (or take one bus 101-102-107) until “Teatro Massimo”.
From station
You can take bus 101 , 102 or 107 , go down bus at the 4 stop in “Via Roma”, walk on “Via Cavour” until “Teatro Massimo” .
From harbour:
on foot, take the first street outside the port, “Via Emerico Amari” direction to “Teatro Politeama”, walk long “Corso Ruggero Settimo” (or take one bus 101-102-104-107) until “Teatro Massimo”.
Now you are at the Teatro Massimo. Good!!
You came behind the Theatre, just 180°! :-) and from Piazza Verdi you walk in Via Volturno.
A casa di amici is in “Via Volturno, 6” - the second big door on the left.(label is one big peace flag on the balcony)
A casa di amici 2 is in “Via Tunisi, 8” - the first street on the right from “Via Volturno” after the restaurant “Antica trattoria del Monsù “
